Store policies

We ship across India. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.

Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your pin code and the courier serving your area. Remote and non-metro locations may take a little longer.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or ongoing offers.

If a delivery attempt fails or a package is returned to us undelivered, our team will reach out to arrange a re-attempt. Repeated failed attempts may require you to place a fresh order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please share your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use, or that are missing parts, may not be eligible.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons — for example innerwear, perishables, personal-care products once opened, and made-to-order goods. Any such exclusions are noted on the product page.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your replacement or refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For prepaid orders this is usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the returned item.

The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Card and UPI refunds are typically faster than net-banking reversals.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will collect your preferred refund details (such as a UPI ID or bank account) so we can transfer the amount to you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item.

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be able to return eligible items after delivery.

If your payment was successful but the order could not be placed, or you cancel a prepaid order in time, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

We may cancel an order in rare cases — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is found, or the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area. If we do, you will be informed and refunded in full.

We collect only the information needed to process your orders and run this store — such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

We use your information to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and, where you have agreed, to send updates about offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners needed to serve you — such as couriers, payment gateways, and communication providers — and only to the extent required to complete your order.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Contact us to make such a request.

Product images, descriptions, and prices are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Slight variations in colour or appearance can occur between photos and the actual product. If a genuine pricing or listing error is found, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
